A. dump type garbage truck structure and schematic diagram

1. Carriage: Dumper type carriage is made of No.16 low alloy channel steel and steel plate welded together with 8 groups of connecting plates and automobile girder. It has beautiful design, reasonable structure and convenient loading and unloading (as shown in Figure 1).

2. Unloading mechanism: Dump truck is unloaded by box, which is directly lifted by two oil cylinders. The Angle between the bottom of the box and the ground is not less than 45 degrees, so as to ensure the garbage is unloaded by itself (as shown in Figure 2).

B. Maintenance

1. The use and maintenance of the chassis and engine parts of the automobile shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the operating manual of the chassis vehicle.

2. In the running-in stage, the mileage of the new car should be between 1500km and 2500Km, and the loading capacity should be 70% of the rated load mass, and the engine should not slam the throttle when unloading.

3. After the cylinder works 300 times, the working oil should be replaced. Unscrew the oil drain plug of the hydraulic tank. After putting out the old oil, tighten the oil drain plug again, and then inject new oil from the upper refueling hole. Then start the engine, increase the stroke step by step, test run each cylinder twice, and confirm the reliable work.

4. The high pressure tubing is replaced periodically every two years. When cracks, damage, shoulder swelling and other phenomena are found in the use process, it should be replaced in time.

5. Check hydraulic system regularly for oil leakage. And timely repair and replacement of oil seals.

6. Lubricate with general lithium grease for automobile (GB5671-85), which can be driven from the oil nozzle with oil gun until extruded in the gap.

7. Clean the surface of the vehicle and the box after the work every day. Check the stock of hydraulic oil frequently, add lubricating oil to each moving part regularly and smear lubricating oil on the surface of each guide rail.

8. Regularly check and adjust the working pressure of gear oil pump; Check the filter element of the oil filter, remove impurities on the surface or replace the filter element; Replace the hydraulic oil regularly.

C. Notes

1. If abnormal movement is found during the operation of the hydraulic system, it should stop working immediately, analyze the reasons and troubleshoot the problems. Do not force work.

2. It is necessary to step down the clutch pedal whether it is to bite or to take off the force device. When the force extractor and the multi-way directional valve are in working state, the garbage shall not enter the running state.

3. The pressure regulating device of the hydraulic system is the pressure regulating bolt on the multi-way directional valve. After the bolt is adjusted and locked, it is not allowed to be adjusted at will during use. Users are not allowed to adjust the oil pressure casually.

4. When the truck is loaded, it is not allowed to land quickly. It should be controlled slowly by manipulating the reversing valve.

5. When lifting the box due to oil change, cleaning and maintenance, the box pole must be supported to prevent the car from suddenly falling and accidents.

6. Lift box unloading, should choose a flat and solid ground parking dump, the car box should be slowly raised with the discharge of the material, so as to avoid the vehicle tipping or lift the front.

7. Do not flush water into the hydraulic tank when washing the car. Frequently check the hydraulic oil level height, hydraulic oil shortage should be filled in time, all oil joints shall not leak.

8. The maintenance should prevent collision, avoid parts damage, deformation and scratches and other assembly parts must be cleaned.

D. Fault judgment and treatment of hydraulic system

When the hydraulic mechanism is not working normally. First of all, check whether the force taker is engaged correctly, whether the hydraulic oil in the oil tank is sufficient, and whether the ball valve of the suction pipe is fully opened.

There is no action of the hydraulic mechanism. Check according to the following steps.

1. Whether the amount of oil in the hydraulic tank is sufficient. When insufficient, hydraulic oil should be added;

2. Obact whether the oil suction from the oil tank to the oil pump is caused by the old dip. If there is this phenomenon should be replaced into the oil pipeline;

3. Check for gear pump failure. Install a pressure gauge, screw the pressure regulating bolt, observe whether the gauge pressure reaches the specified value;

4. If all the pressure regulating bolts are screwed in or can not reach the specified oil pressure, it is the gear oil pump failure, must replace the gear oil pump;

5. If the gear pump works normally, it is the multi-way reversing valve spool is blocked. Should be removed from the spool, clear impurities, reload after use.

6. The mechanism has action but is weak : Check whether the gear oil pump has failed and whether the system pressure has reached the specified value.

7. The action of the hydraulic mechanism is slower: Check whether the gear oil pump is invalid and whether the oil suction filter and oil return filter core are blocked.
